We collect personal data only when you actively provide it through our contact form:
- Name and email address
- Budget range (optional)
- Project description
We also store a language preference cookie (lang) to remember your chosen language. This cookie contains no personal data and expires after one year.
3. How we use your data
Your contact form submission is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), specifically to respond to your inquiry about our services.
5. Third-party services
Your data is processed by the following services:
- Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses to serve the website. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Resend for email delivery. Contact form submissions are sent via Resend's API. See Resend's privacy policy.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any other third parties.
6. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry. We do not maintain a separate database of submissions.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet)
